Private lessons are a perfect way to begin your yoga journey. Many choose to book private lessons in order to grasp the basic practice and principle of yoga, receive one on one guidance and attention and to deepen their meditation practice.
All private lessons, small group sessions and special events are catered toward the needs of the student. Each session and sequence is designed with the student’s goal in mind.
Private lessons include but are not limited to, Restorative and Gentle Yoga, which will allow one to stretch, relax and restore. Flow & Hold which will allow one to deepen their physical strength and flexibility. Fit & Flow will allow one to compliment their yoga practice with their daily exercise and involvement with other physical forms of activity.
